How long until my order ships?
For the most accurate shipping times, please refer to the shops banner on the home
page. Processing time is mostly 1-2 weeks for all orders (2-3 weeks for sales and new
releases) and are estimates and subject to change.
Can I return, cancel or exchange my stickers/order?
Due to most stickers being made to order, we do not accept exchanges or
returns. If you need to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours. The
order cannot be cancelled or refunded beyond that time. Although we do not
accept exchanges or returns but if you have received a wrong item or if you are
unhappy with your order , please feel free to contact me , I’ll be happy to work
with you to find a solution.
Where do you ship from?
Peony Ink paperie is located in New Hampshire, USA.
Shipping FAQ’s:
USA Orders
USA orders are shipped via USPS and have an estimated
delivery of 3-8 BUSINESS days (after processing period) depending on where
you are located in the USA. Please note this does NOT include weekends or
holidays.
All domestic orders come standard with tracking that updates within 24-48
hours of shipment. The Estimated Delivery date on your tracking is an estimate,
not a guaranteed date.
Once an item is marked ‘shipped’ it is then in the hands of the USPS, and out of
our control. In regards to tracking or lost packages you can take the tracking
number to your local post office and they can further assist you on the retrieval
of your order. It is no longer our responsibilities after your items has been
shipped out.
International Orders
*For international shipping, please check your local policies for mail disruptions and
VAT fees that may apply. You’ll be contacted by your local courier if you need to
pay VAT or duties to receive your package.

Customer is responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, duties or taxes that may be
assessed upon entry to the respective countries.
Late or lost packages
Delayed shipments : If your package shows “arriving late” there is still a very good chance
your order will arrive. If two weeks pass after the last tracking update with no further
updates, please contact me at [email protected]
Lost mail: If your tracking show “delivered” but you still haven’t receive your package, we
encourage you to contact or visit your local post office to see if they can track where it was
actually delivered to, using their GPS coordinates.
Once we have dropped your happy mail off at the post office, we have no control over the
shipment and therefore are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please ensure
that you use the correct address when checking out to avoid lost or delayed shipment.
